About StructuredCV
Why we built it
Tailoring a resume for every application works, but doing it by hand is slow, and many AI tools make it fast by inventing skills the applicant doesn’t have. StructuredCV takes a different approach: you describe your real experience once, in a structured Fact Bank, and every tailored resume is assembled from those facts. The name comes from that structure.
The result is a resume that matches the job’s language and that you can defend line by line in an interview.
What we believe
Truthfulness beats a higher score
A resume that gets you an interview you can’t back up is a liability. StructuredCV only rewrites facts you gave it, reverts bullets that name tools you never listed, and shows missing requirements as gaps.
Your data is yours
Your Fact Bank, resumes and applications stay in your browser. We keep the minimum needed to run accounts and billing, and we never sell data or use it to train models.
Honest tools
Estimates are labeled as estimates and heuristics as heuristics. We report keyword coverage, not an imaginary “ATS score”, and we never promise interviews.
Useful for free
The core of the product, tailoring a resume to a job, is free with your own AI key. Pro pays for convenience and breadth, not for the basics.
How our guides are written
Our guides and resume keyword pages aim to be practical and accurate. We use AI tools to help research and draft some content, and every page is reviewed and edited by our team before it is published. We avoid unsupported statistics, label examples as examples, and show the date each page was last updated.
