StructuredCV helps you tailor resumes, cover letters and job-search materials using AI. Your fact bank, resumes and related data are stored in your own browser. When you use an AI feature, the text needed for that request is sent to the AI provider you selected (or to StructuredCV's built-in AI on Pro) and the result is returned to your browser.

You need an account (signing in with Google or GitHub) to use AI features. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live.

You can try StructuredCV without an account: up to 3 tailored resumes per browser, using your own AI key. The Free plan (with an account) includes up to 50 resume generations per calendar month using your own AI key and, where built-in AI is available, a one-time trial of it. StructuredCV Pro costs $5 / month or $48 / year and renews automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

During early access, before Pro can be purchased, we may make every tool available on the Free plan. We will give notice in the app before that ends.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles applicable sales tax and VAT and issues your receipts. You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage billing; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Built-in AI on Pro includes a monthly credit allowance (500 credits by default) under a fair-use policy. We may throttle automated or abusive use.

If you use your own AI provider key, it is stored in your browser and sent through StructuredCV only to call that provider. You are responsible for your provider account, its charges and its terms.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate. StructuredCV is designed to use only facts from your fact bank, but you must review everything before you send it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of resumes, letters and messages you submit to employers.

Do not use StructuredCV to create false or misleading credentials, to harass anyone, to send spam, to break the law, to probe or overload the service, or to resell access to it.

You keep all rights to content you provide and generate. You give us only the permission needed to process it to provide the service. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models. You must have the right to use any content you upload, such as documents you received from others.

The StructuredCV software, design, brand, guides and articles belong to Ayoub Zulfiqar or its licensors. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy the service, scrape it at scale or use our brand in a way that suggests endorsement. The resumes you create with StructuredCV are yours.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe material on StructuredCV infringes your copyright, follow our DMCA and copyright policy. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

StructuredCV relies on third parties, including your AI provider, Google or GitHub for sign-in, Lemon Squeezy for payments and job boards you import from. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services.

We work to keep StructuredCV available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue Pro we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

StructuredCV is provided "as is". We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or how any employer's applicant tracking system will treat your resume. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayoub Zulfiqar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract under the law where you live.

You can delete your account anytime from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Sections 5, 7, 8 and 12 survive termination.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell signed-in users about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use StructuredCV after that means you accept the updated terms.

StructuredCV is offered worldwide, and you are responsible for using it in line with the laws where you live. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established; if you use StructuredCV as a consumer, you also keep the protections that the law of your country of residence gives you.
